The Mountaineer Trail Network (MTN) is an economic development authority created by the West Virginia Legislature to Identify, Enhance, and Promote, outdoor recreation infrastructure and outdoor economic development across a large 16-county network in Northern West Virginia.

During his time with the MTN, Andrew led the organization’s communications, management, financial reporting, grant writing, grant administration, project deliverables and outcomes, and participated in a number of high functioning federal grant projects that brought enhancements to 5 local communities around the state of West Virginia.

Project Deliverables

This section highlights deliverables through the ARC POWER grant and other funding assets that Andrew facilitated. These range from RFPs, legal MOUs, and Brand Strategy Guiding Documents to a deliverables with different projects that Andrew administered with the help of dozens of community stakeholder and organizations.
